Who we help
We help super motivated university students and graduates. So far, we've helped students to secure dream jobs across every industry we've tried. Everything from business, to IT, to engineering, you name it. We help people secure jobs at the world's biggest and most prestigious organisations and tiny organisations too.
What we do
We help university students and graduates to secure their dream job through the Level Up program. We teach our students a step-by-step system that they can implement to predictably secure their dream jobs, provide them with all the resources they need, and provide an abundance of support to help them maximise their success.
We believe that everyone can secure a job that they enjoy and makes them feel fulfilled. To achieve this, we follow a philosophy built on these core principles:
1. Results first - student results are our primary focus.
2. Never give up - if at first we don't succeed, we try and try again.
3. Relationships - to land jobs and have happy customers, building long-term relationships is key.
4. Lots of value, no waste - if it adds value, magnify it, if it doesn't, eliminate it.
5. Fun - what's the point if you're not having fun along the way!
6. Simple - usually, the simpler, the better.
Part 1. Failing high-school student
I was almost failing high-school. After getting shouted at by my parents, I realised something had to change. That's when things started to turn around. I went from almost failing, to scoring very well and securing offers from some of the world's best universities.
Part 2. Jobs scared me
At first, I was frightened to hand in my resumes to local restaurants, let alone apply to professional jobs. I had no experience and my friends had good jobs.
Part 3. Cracking the job code
I started to figure out what the science was behind securing jobs and internships. Implementing these strategies, I secured 3 jobs and 6 internships during university. Some of these were through online applications and some where "hidden" i.e. never advertised.
Part 4. Dream graduate offer
Using what I had learned, I was able to secure my dream graduate offer as a Consultant at KPMG 1 year before graduating.
Part 5. Identifying the pain
Shortly after securing lots of internships and a good graduate role, I began to get message after message in my inbox from students and graduates who were wondering how I was able to get so much success in the job search. I decided to help 3 of them with the process. They all secured amazing offers.
Part 6. Grad Jobs
The same exact process I had used for myself had also worked like clockwork, rinse and repeat, for the 3 other students I helped. And it worked across industries too. That's when I started Grad Jobs. From this point forward, I began helping students and graduates all over the world to secure their dream jobs. And the process just kept working again and again and again.
Part 7. Optimising the system
Now that we have had 150+ clients secure 213+ jobs across 5 countries, we have been able to gather tons of real-world job search data. Now we know exactly what is working in the market at any point in time. We are constantly optimising the job search system as we help people get better and better results.
