I hereby grant permission to Mackenzie Thompson t/a Grad Jobs (‘Grad Jobs’) to take any screen recordings, audio recordings, photograph and/or video image (together ‘Content’) of myself or voice and including my professional documentation (eg resume, cover letter, social media and LinkedIn profiles)  for their use and for their business purposes related to their products and services. 

I further grant permission to use this Content or any reproduction, modification or likeness for advertising, marketing and promotional business purposes without payment or any other consideration. I understand and consent for their use on the Grad Jobs’ website, in any marketing, advertising, social media, publicity, commercial or other business purposes related to their products and services.

 I understand that my Content may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product. Additionally, I waive any future right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the Content.

By signing this release I acknowledge and agree that this permission is irrevocable and signifies that Content, including but not limited to images of me, may be electronically displayed via the Internet, media and business advertising or otherwise in public.

There is no time limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where this Content may be distributed.

By signing this form I acknowledge that I have completely read and fully understand the above release and agree to be bound thereby. I hereby release any and all claims against any person or organization utilizing this Content for the above purposes.
